1. When and where is the festival?
📅 Date: April 26, 2025
📍 Location: Near Winthrop Commons - 6109 Hadley Commons Dr, Riverview, FL
⏰ Time: 11 AM – 4 PM (link to map)
2. Is the festival free to attend?
Yes! Entry to the festival is free and food and drinks are available for purchase. The festival is hosted by the FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club, and proceeds fund the FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which supports local and global community projects.
3. How do I buy food and drinks?
Crawfish Cash or Meal tickets are required for all food and beverages purchases. The Vendors will not accept Crawfish Cash. Business vendors will accept various forms of payment.

Cajun-Style Crawfish Dinner: (Approx. 2 lbs. with Corn & Potatoes)
Family Pack: (Two Crawfish Dinners + 2 Hot Dogs/Hamburgers, 2 Beers & 2 Sodas/Waters)
Crawfish Cash works like cash at the festival dollar for dollar. This will allow you to purchase food and beverage items ala carte

Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Red Beans & Rice, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Crawfish Étouffée, Broussards’ Dirty Rice, and more!

Soda, Domestic & Craft Beer, Hurricanes, Sangria, and more!
4. Is the crawfish fresh?
Yes! Our crawfish is delivered fresh from Louisiana on the morning of the event to ensure the best quality and taste.
5. Will there be other food options besides crawfish?
Yes! While crawfish is the star of the festival, other food options will be available from various vendors.
6. Can I bring my own food, drinks, or a cooler?
No outside food, drinks, and coolers are permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
7. Will there be seating available?
Yes! Some seating at tables is provided at the festival. Feel free to bring your own lawn chairs as well.
8. Will there be vendors?
Yes! A variety of business vendors will have items for sale, including local crafts, merchandise, and festival souvenirs. Business vendors will accept various forms of payment.
9. Are there activities for kids?
Absolutely! We will have a kids' area with fun activities and events for all ages.
10. What happens if it rains?
The festival is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather, updates will be posted on LuvCrawfish.com, our club website FishHawkRiverviewRotary.org, our social media page FishHawkRiverviewRotary and our Facebook Event page 15th Annual Crawfish Festival!
11. Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking will be available near the festival grounds and at Winthrop Commons Design Signs will direct you to designated parking areas.
12. Are pets allowed?
Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome at the festival. Please ensure they are leashed at all times and that you clean up after them.
13. How can I become a vendor or sponsor?

14. Who does this event support?
The Crawfish Festival is hosted by the FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club, with proceeds benefiting local charities and community projects.
15. Can I volunteer at the festival?
